Melissa recently catered a gourmet five course wine dinner for our small group of nine people at my house. The dinner could not have been more perfect. Melissa had met in advance and planned out the menu which was very wine friendly. We have held these dinners at local restaurants in the past, however this dinner far exceeded many of the local high end restaurants that we have visited. The comments from some of those at the dinner were along the lines of

All in all it was a perfect evening Melissa cooked and served the entire meal by herself without a hitch. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking to host a dinner party.
